This is one of the newest additions to my lab.
I did not have time to get too deep in to what hardware this system uses but Atten AT-R1825 is very nice IR-Re-flow oven.
I had time to solder my first pcb in it. It was beautiful. Best soldering work ever.
Sadly there were some problems but those came with manual solder paste applying.
The oven has soldering profiles that are fully configurable for either lead soldering or ROHS, depending on if the product is for sale or prototype.
Well, the problem was simple. Buffers were working some time before, but they did not work anymore.
There is not much left to say. Poor buffers had gotten 20V on the sigal outputs (nominal is 5V).
I soldered new chips and it works like new.
I got to use the last jumps of this year and it was awesome!
There is hight probability of me doing AFF course next year.
This was first prototype test form yesterday. I was driving 1.7nF signal wire to drive servos. Worked like a charm.
As you can see, this is little bit smaller prototype.
And yes the results were even better than first driver, since this one can take in lower signals and has better drive strenght. Again 1.7nF signal wires that had about 3-4 meters of lenght. (PS twisted pair)
And here is just a show of something that I have been working on (just one thing of tens..)
It kind of works. some small problems, but they have been solved by now.
